Why Steers? They are the most iconic Texas Longhorn animal. For those who wish to preserve the spirit of the old West, steers are a great way to do just that. If you wish to keep your herd less complicated , and do not want to have breeding stock, steers are a great way to go. They sure are fun to look at and give you a sense of pride. They are the epitome of the longhorn breed and are status symbols to many as well as pets to some and pasture art.

A very very sweet calm people pleasing youngster. He is doing a great job being trained under saddle. We sold him to owners in New Mexico.

Rockin Rio

This is the first longhorn we bred. We gave him to a young girl who was extremely hard working and impressive. We gave this gorgeous steer to her. She showed him a little and he to this day lives at her parents home. Elvis has been loved many years by his owner.
